Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of 360Pet, operated by MyPet360.app LLC, including the 360Pet app and website. By creating an account or using 360Pet, you agree to these terms.

These terms apply only to 360Pet. MyPet360 (mypet360.app) is a separate app for pet health records and is governed by its own terms.

360Pet provides informational discovery tools: pet-friendly locations, businesses, activities, services, trip-planning features, and our assistant Paws. Listings are compiled and maintained from public information and from our own review.

360Pet is not a booking service, a veterinary service, or a professional advice service, and Paws never provides veterinary or medical advice.

Listings, hours, pet policies, pet rules, availability, pricing, and other details can change at any time, and a business or location can change them without notice to us.

Please confirm hours, policies, availability, pet rules, pricing, and any other details directly with the business or location before you rely on that information or travel to a place.

We work to keep 360Pet accurate and useful, but we do not guarantee that any location, business, activity, or service is pet-friendly, open, available, accurate, current, or suitable for your particular pet.

A place that accepts pets may have restrictions, such as size, breed, leash requirements, fees, or designated areas, that we cannot capture completely. Pet-friendly status is information, not a promise.

You remain responsible for the safety, care, behavior, and supervision of your pet at all times, and for following the rules of any location you visit and applicable law.

You are responsible for any damage, injury, or loss caused by your pet.

A 360Pet membership is $6.99 per month, unless a different price is shown to you at checkout.

Payment is processed by Stripe, which handles your card details. We do not receive or store your card number, security code, or expiration date.

Your subscription continues and renews automatically each month until you cancel it.

You can cancel at any time from the Account page in the app.

Canceling stops future renewal. It does not automatically refund charges you have already paid, unless a refund is required by law or we approve one.

Where applicable, your access continues through the end of the paid billing period. If you request account closure instead, your data is deleted and access ends immediately; closure is separate from cancellation and is described in the Privacy Policy.

Use 360Pet for lawful, personal purposes. Do not scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute our listings or data; do not disrupt, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to the service; and do not misuse Paws or submit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.

We may suspend or end access for accounts that abuse the service, and we may change, add, or remove features and listings at any time.

360Pet is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties beyond those stated in these terms, including any warranty of accuracy or of suitability for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyPet360.app LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from reliance on listing information, from a visit to any location, or from the care of your pet. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so part of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. If you continue to use 360Pet after a change, you accept the updated terms.
